Notice of International, Federal, and State Criminal Procedure Process in Relation to Cyberstalking and/or Harassment

This message serves as formal notice that cyberstalking is a crime per California Penal Code (P.C) 646.9 and 653.2.

Cyberstalking is also a federal violation, and it is recognized as a crime via 18 U.S.C. § 2261A(2).

International law also prohibits stated behavior(s), and shall implement enforcement and restitution to all reported perpetrations, as deemed appropriate based on specific jurisdictions.

In addition, the Los Angeles County District Attorney Office and the Los Angeles Police Department have created a specialized joint division entitled STAT, which is an acronym for the “Stalking and Threat Assessment Team,” who have been provided with the task to investigate and prosecute any violations of stated codes.

I would also like to emphasize that I am a member of multiple federal, state, and county law enforcement task forces. Please and thank you for respecting this space.
