What is Sadhana?
Sadhana is self.
...so any day that you do not practice Sadhana is a day that you have lost yourself to yourself.
Sadhana is not practiced for neighbors.
Sadhana is not practiced to please God.
Sadhana is not practiced for anything or anyone.
Sadhana is practiced for you!
Sadhana is done only so YOU can be clear headed and conscious.
If you have clear head, you will go through chaos gracefully.
You will understand it very well, and you will be in a position to understand and clear all things that come to you.
Why should we get up in the morning to do it?
The morning time is when you decide whether you want to live or die.
It is the time when your breath goes through both yr nostrils simultaneously.
It is the time you dream.
It is the time you are in what is considered The Twilight Zone.
It is the time you have to get up.
What is the Twilight Zone and why is it important?
The time between 4am-7am and 4pm-7pm is called The Twilight Zone.
At 1am, the Sun is positioned at 60 degrees, which affects the ground and Earth of your longitude and latitude.
At 4pm, the Sun also affects the ground of your longitude and latitude.
It is within these hours that a human has to decide whether to be self-sufficient, self-controlled and in self-alliance.
This is the the type of life you will live if you can control yourself between these two hours of the morning and evening.
With these practices, you can never be unhappy.
There is a time and place for everything.
If you cannot work for yourself, you cannot work for anything.
Those who do not practice Sadhana are premature humans, and their weakness shall continue like a premature child. These individuals will live, but they will not enjoy life.
Its a sad story when someone can live, but cannot enjoy.
When individuals do not practice Sadhana, they lack a connection-- and this is why people cannot understand why they are hurting.
Taking a cold shower is recommended, as well. The colder the water - the better. Cold water affects the blood by allowing the capillaries to open; this will give you good health.
It's all about Sadhana, Adradhana. and Prabupati.
